This new build in Hellingly came with the usual small simple patio, and was crying out for some usable space to make proper use of the area.
We did the following:
- Installed a Kandla Grey Indian Sandstone patio, with recessed marine-grade LED uplights to provide a warm glow at night, plus LED spike lights along the fence line, all wirelessly switched.
- Painted the fences and installed some decorative panels the customer had provided.
- The existing fence line was extended and a gate moved to make use of more of the existing space.
- Lastly, we laid Plum slate around the property to replace a problematic lawn, for a low maintenance solution.
